The good folks over at GoodSpeed Update have an interesting post on a proposed development around Detroit's airport. They ask why we don't develop around airports? Good question, simple answer. Airports are loud, they have lots of fumes from jet fuels and are generally unpleasant. Would you really want plunk down a couple of c-notes for a penthouse condo that shakes every 10 minutes while you are trying to enjoy "Private Practice" (which by the way is so far superior to Grey's Anatomy as Kate Walsh is way sexier in every way then Ellen Pompeo, and for that matter Katherine Heigl)? I didn't think so either.
